'Santa' returns lost Hurri~Crafter!!!

December 25, 2003 - Charlotte North Carolina

After three months in the Canadian wilderness a man feared lost in the first HurriCraft accident on September 29th during Hurricane Isabel has miraculously reappeared at his home in Charlotte! Eric Cousions told police, as crazy as it sounds, that Santa had picked him up out of the deep woods and left him on his doorstep. “I thought I was dreaming!” said Cousions.

Cousions lost 53 pounds in the woods due, in the most part, to his diet of only fish. Cousions said “Call it the ultimate Atkins diet!”.

Of his flight, Cousions said “When the rope broke I was glad I had the Depends on!”  And when asked if he would do it again, he simply stated: “I think I’ll wait for the next generation of HurriCraft. They still have some stability issues to iron out.”

As for his family, they are calling this the best Christmas present they could have asked for! Thank you Santa!
